Do you have a bad habit? ?Do you have good habits? ?Do you have habits you’d like to change? ?While traveling this weekend I read this book, ‘The Power of Habit,’ By Charles Duhigg. ?It was a great study on human behavior and why we do what we do. ?There was also great insight on how to change it if you want to. ?This was a great study and I highly recommend this book to anyone who wants to learn more about themselves or working with groups in general, but as the quote from one of my favorite shows when I was a kid says, ‘You don’t have to take my word for it.’ ?Check out this video!
