5-16-19... Prioritizing Self

There's a great saying that you can not pour from an empty cup.  I believe this to be true.  We must take care of ourselves.  We have to prioritize things that are good for us and not just focus on everyone else to the detriment of us.

I'm just as guilty as everyone else.  I own a gym and sometimes it's hard for me to get a workout in.  I have to plan them out a few days ahead to make sure the time is booked.  When I don't work out I feel bad physically, I feel guilty and bad about myself.  It has to be a priority.
