8-13-18... Nutrition Program...

I posted a video on Friday that talked about reversing Type 2 diabetes.  There was some great information in there.  What I've found through 18 years of working with people on their nutrition is insulin and your hormonal response to food is critical.  Everything that you eat has a hormonal effect on your body.  Fix the hormones and you fix the body 99% of the time.  Create a positive hormonal response and you drop fat, increase muscle, and increase all positive health markers.

The second key to success for most is accountability.  Having someone holding you accountable creates a very positive environment for you to be successful.

One of the most important factors for sustained success is lifestyle change.  You must change your lifestyle in order to maintain results that you achieve.  If you view good nutrition as something that you do for a little while and then go back to your old ways, you will go back to your old body.  Doing the same thing over and over and expecting different results is the definition of insanity right?  When you learn how to change your lifestyle results will continue and you'll maintain what you have.  Let's stop the yo-yo effect.

Our nutrition program is set up to tackle all of these factors.

The specific recommendations create a hormonal response that you need.  It's based around creating a positive insulin and blood sugar response.  Here's a key- it's not all about low carb either.  You see, once we reset insulin resistance and sensitivity we can slowly and methodically increase the carb intake and get great response from the body.  The guidance that we give you creates the environment for you to be successful here.

We also have you post what you're eating and coach you on it, so that you can get continuous feedback, ideas, and group accountability.  This helps you stay on track.

We teach you how to make this a sustainable lifestyle.  We give you recipes and meal plans to use, education on the why behind the recommendations, and after 12 weeks of doing the program, you should have a pretty good grasp on what to do.  Of course we always have people repeat the program because they love the accountability and coaching etc. but if you wanted to fly solo after doing the program that's entirely possible. 

This program is a game changer for everyone who does it.  I recommend you talk to people who have done the program fully and see their results.  They are tremendous.
