Consistency is the key to success. That is relevant with any endeavor including exercise, and even writing. I've been dealing with family issues lately, so it's been hard to stay on top of both those things. My training, I'm getting it in when I can, and my writing when I set time to do it, I get it done. If I'm not intentional about my time, I won't get it done. 

Yesterday was no exception, the kids were off from school, and while I set time to get my workout done, I did not get my writing done.  There has to be intention and planning for consistency to happen.
