It's Tuesday and for some reason somebody in the Mexican food industry decided it would be good marketing to start throwing out the phrase, Taco Tuesday. Now everyone on Tuesdays wants tacos. I get it, I love tacos, but we can make better choices....

It's your choices throughout the week, the little choices that create long lasting results, or create a situation where you're not making progress.  The little goals matter.

Guess what?  I'm not going to say you can't eat tacos. I'm not even going to say you can't eat tacos on Tuesday. What I am saying is that you can make small changes that make big results.

Now what does that have to with tacos?

Remember, I LOVE tacos.  So here's what I do...

I cook ground turkey 93% fat free, and make it as if I was making ground beef with taco seasoning. Then instead of taco shells I put it in a bowl with a little bit of rice, spinach, and salsa. BOOMSAUCE! Taco fix, and guess what?  It's healthy. Now I've created something that solves both my problems, my need for taco gratification, and my need to not add inches to my waistline.

You see, there's always small changes we can make to yield big results.
