Eating Better in 2 steps...

1 ) Don't buy food that isn't good for you, that you don't want to consume a lot of.

2) Have healthy food and things you do want to eat readily available.

It's very easy to say.  Difficult to do, but really, all you need to do is those two things and that will take care of 90% of your issues.
