8-21-19... It's Time.....

Ok, I'm going to give you a dose of reality here....

School has started back.  Summer break is over.  Vacation season for almost everyone is done.  It's time to get back into a regular routine.

I know you've let your nutrition slip.  I have too.  We all have, BUT it's time to get back on the horse.  Here's what'll happen if you don't.....

You'll tell yourself that you'll get going on the next one, or you'll start next week, or you'll do it on your own, and just like New Year's resolutions, you'll start off hot and then most of you will fall off.  It happens every time, and it's not a you thing, it's a human nature thing.  We need accountability, we need someone there saying, "It's not a good idea to eat pizza today."  It doesn't make you a bad person or a failure it's just the way we are wired.

When this happens, you'll skate right on through October, then it'll be pumpkin spice season, and then Thanksgiving, then Christmas and before you know it, you've had that 20lb holiday weight gain that'll set you up for some new New Year's resolutions.  Does that sound about accurate?

It's the description of millions of people every year.
