Three rounds of:
Burpees
75 pound Power snatch
Box jump, 24′ box
75 pound Thruster
Chest to bar Pull-ups

1 minute rest

1 minute of each movement. ?At the end of the minute we will call switch and you will rotate to the next movement. ?3 rounds will be completed and scored based off of total number of reps
