2-18-13 – How Quickly We Regress

Did you set New Year?s resolutions?  How are they going?  Did you set yourself up for
success?  Did you join a program
that set?s you up for success?  Are
you a member at CFB and auditing the program not going all in?  What kind of accountability have you
held yourself to?  Take stock into
how you are progressing right now. 
Have you stuck with your New Year?s resolutions?  Have you built on that momentum, or is
it petering out? 

Have you put systems in place to set yourself up for success?  Failing to plan is planning to fail!

What can you do
to continue the excitement of the new year?  It?s time to redirect the ship.  Make a decision today to get back on track.  It?s only a few more months till swim
suit season, will you be ready?
