Look guys and gals, we are all human. We are all crazy busy. It’s the holiday season, I get it. Personally, I’ve got an out of country trip coming up, the holidays with all my family coming from Florida, AND I have two years worth of continued education credits for my certifications (procrastinate much?) that I need to get done before I leave on my trip. Not to mention, I have a business to run and all the normal day to day things that come along with that. #crazytimes
That being said, I missed a workout Monday, and Tuesday…. GASP!! Yes, I missed a workout. You know what I did? I adjusted my eating accordingly, and decided that I will work out Wednesday which is normally my off day. I’ll get at least 3 in this week.
We are all human, we are all busy, the key is to not fall off and stay off. Adjust accordingly. If you miss training adjust your nutrition, etc. Plan ahead, get your 3-4 times this week. You got this, don’t let one day set you back 3 weeks.
