If you got between 5 and 10 reps on the last 5+ amrap you did add 5lbs total weight onto the weight you did last time

If you got over 10 reps add 10lbs total weight onto the weight you did last time

2 x 5; 1 x 5+

If you got between 5 and 10 reps on the last 5+ amrap you did add 2.5lbs total weight onto the weight you did last time

If you got over 10 reps add 5lbs total weight onto the weight you did last time
