7-5-18... Checking Your Ego and Writing Your Info Down...

Yesterday we did Weston.  I did the very best that I absolutely could, but I was unhappy with my performance.  When I went to check on my previous score for this workout I couldn't find it because I never wrote it down.  I believe I didn't write it down because I was disappointed with myself last year as well.  In reality, I did the best I could and I would've been really happy to see how my performance compared to last year.

The point is this, our core values are to do always give perfect effort.  Sometimes it's hard to know that you did give your perfect effort but didn't perform how you wanted to.  It's always best to check the ego and take solace in knowing you did your best.

Then.... write it down.  ;)
