What is CrossFit?
The definition of CrossFit in its most basic terms is constantly varied, functional movement with high intensity. The beauty of the prescription is through constant variation the body never adapts or plateaus, the functional movement translates into movements the human body was created to perform, and by using high intensity, results come rapidly. If you need evidence check out these testimonials . No matter what level of fitness you are at, all exercises are infinitely scalable and will produce amazing results for anyone!

WOD’s and Blogs
We post daily WOD’s, (Workout of the day), and comments for anyone who would like to leave them. This is just a sampling of what is going on at CFB. We are happy if you are following along at home, but we do not post rest days. We do not expect you to do all of them and expect you to rest and recover as needed. The Crossfit main site prescription is 3 days working out followed by 1 day of recovery. With a 1 week break or light duty every 6-8 weeks. That being said the schedule may not be appropriate or convenient for everyone.
We discourage “cherry picking” the easy workouts or the ones that you are better at. You only cheat yourself and do not improve on your weaknesses.
Anytime you would like to check out what you’ve been missing check out the blogs and daily posts by our members. We encourage much posting and the blog can be used as a workout log to check progress as well.
We encourage you to post often, workout hard, and come by and check out our classes I guarantee you will have a great workout and a great time in the process.
